New York and Connecticut residents do not need a pistol permit to apply.
As of January 1st, 2019: The state fee for Utah residents is $53.25 and $63.25 for non-residents.
Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit Course (CFP) – Carry your pistol concealed in 30+ states. State of Utah approved and mandated training covers legalities, requirements & procedures for the Utah Non-Resident CFP.
Course instruction includes the following topics: handgun safety rules, handgun parts and operation, ammunition, fundamentals of shooting, safe firearms handling, Utah criminal & traffic code, U.S. federal firearms regulations, BCI administration policy, practical and legal considerations, and more. Although this is NOT a live fire course and range time is not required, we encourage you to cultivate your marksmanship skills by scheduling one-on-one firearms training at the range with one of our instructors. This is not a NRA approved course but utilizes National Rifle Association and Utah BCI Certified Instructors.

Cost: $175 per person
In addition to our $175 class fee you will also need to bring $63.25 payable to the State of Utah. Utah BCI will accept Mastercard or Visa and will only accept checks with name and address imprinted on the check.
